The present disclosure is provided pursuant to and by effect of Art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 in order to make the user of the website www.delre.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) aware of the processing of personal data carried out during the browsing itself.

The present disclosure, instead, does not apply to the processing of personal data that occurs as a result of browsing websites and social networks that the Controller of this Website does not hold but that, however, can be accessed through links placed in the pages of this Website. Studio Legale Del Re – Sandrucci does not have any control over the websites and social networks mentioned above and, therefore, she declines any responsibility in the processing of personal data that may occur through these. Users are invited to consult the privacy policy of every website and every social network before browsing them.

This document may be subject to changes aimed at updating it in terms of legislative and technological developments that may have occurred. In this case, the updated versions will be disclosed in this Website.

Types of data processed and purpose of processing

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Data optionally and freely provided by the user through the sending of e-mails to the e-mail addresses provided on the Website will be electronically acquired and stored by the Controller for the sole purpose of managing the correspondence and will not be disseminated or communicated externally, nor used for user profiling activities or for any direct or indirect commercial or advertising purpose. In particular, in addition to the user’s name and e-mail address, needed to respond to the latter, other personal data, referred to in the electronic communication or contained therein, will be acquired.

Browsing data

In browsing the Website, data pertaining to the browsing activity carried out by the user are acquired. By way of example, these consist in demographic data, geographic data and other data more specifically referred to the user’s behaviour on the Website. These data are acquired exclusively in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website.
